LITERACY FROM THE OZARKS

Just learned that some international chess organization has began a movement to include the fast paced board (bored) game in the Olympics. Further information was that competitors would undergo drug tests like real athletes (Sorry Roger) do.
I think there could be a scandal of enormous proportions building. Yes, this one will be bigger than the illegal Jell-O detected in the hair of synchronized swimmers. At a regional chess meet held down here in the hills, drug testing was in fact used for the first time anyone can remember. The pre-event screening disqualified several long time chess masters when evidence to 2 banned substances were detected in several players. Illegal
substances detected were NoDoze and Preparation H. When will this pressure to gain competitive edge stop?

Having worked within the confines of a blue hair populated development for too many years, I must defer to the wisdom of Smokey regarding Declarations, Protective Covenants (Often mutually exclusive terms) and the ever present deed restriction. While I have not worked out the details to my embryonic (bad word given W's indecision due later this eve) plan, I have come to the conclusion that it is probably easier to launch a non hostile takeover of a 3rd or 4th world country than to get all tangled up in the legal stuff.
There are several good candidates in the equatorial climate area that merit further research. I see a couple of significant benefits for this approach. For the current residents the old "were from America here to solve your problems" might work if they don't get CNN.. If they have no problems, I would suggest following the old Vern Miller approach, "when there are no problems or issues, create some, and then jump out of your car trunk!" Once in control, we apply for assistance from the US government. That should result in a lot of arms and military toys to keep some of the "Hawkers" occupied for years. Possibly in exchange for a star wars missile site, to be constructed up to specs of the national entertainment center. Which leads to:
Application for an expansion Arena Football Franchise so as not to allow time for someone to form a soccer team. Still in the development stages but RJ is the hands down candidate to start the National Chess Club based on his successful administration of this organization at HHS in late 50's. (I have pictures!!! )
I know several of us would prefer both fresh and salt water fly fishing. I wonder what ever happened to the Falklands Islands? Any country answering to a queen is a pushover for potential conquest.

If it's non-profit management you need, consider me a candidate. Ran one for 14+ years and didn't make one damned cent. Any way I am looking for a life change. No job, wife frowns on my dating, no public presence. Hell, I
think I'll run for Congress.

Sorry about my lack of participation in the probing discussions that have been taking place at the real web site of the Hutch crowd. I believe my lack of motivation comes from the heat (it really sucks) and my utter
amazement at the unique character (read stupidity and uninforced and enforced ignorance) of both my neighbors and many talking heads on CNN. I believe that CNN has actually become the television arm of the National Enquirer only with less research and imagination.
As far as the cloning issue a quick look around can give cloning a significant push onward. I mean that nature and/ or the supreme being have had a long time to try to produce reasonably sane inhabitants on the planet so why not give a pasta chef from Naples a shot?
